WOW! We stayed here for a night as we were passing thru...wish we could have stayed longer. Nice park all around. Lots to do for everyone-pool, pond w/little boats, great dog walk & more. Clean park, pool, restrooms and showers. Nice store on grounds. Easy to get to-just off I-95, easy in/easy out.
The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The sites vary in size, ours was level and packed sand. The cable reception was very good. There is a convenience store/ gas station on the premises-which we found quite useful. The pool is nice and clean. As this is a well established RV park, the oaks are magnificent and provide a great relief from the Savannah heat. There is a trolley that can pick you up at the CG for some sightseeing. The CG is a short drive to shopping/food/movies, etc. The only recommendations I have: The bath houses could have been kept cleaner, but they were adequate. There is ample room for a small fenced-in dog walk-to be able to let them off leash-even for a short while, is a plus.
Good CG for a stop on the way, or for the races. No trees to speak of, enormous gravel lot w/100's++ of rv sites. Huge, clean, heated bath house w/at least 25 shower and toilet stalls (each). Sign are poor as are directions to the CG...There is easy access from I-95.. Easy parking, all hook-ups working well. Comfortable but its not all that friendly.
Convenient. Just off I-95. Friendly and helpful staff. Restrooms are clean, showers are dated but tidy. RV spaces are TIGHT-35' is their max--period. Would definitely visit here again.
Great staff. Extremely family friendly! Several planned activities for all. Nice paved roads throughout. Sites are close but not tight. Lots of room to walk, kids rode bikes, etc. Clean pool. Pets are welcome as well. Convenient to interstate, shopping entertainment. WI-FI available, but not free! Most definitely would stay again!
Beautiful setting. Surrounded by soaring pine trees! Sites are spacious, shaded and well planned. Family friendly and also pet friendly. Pool is indoors and heated; older but clean. Laundry could definitely use some updating. Would definitely stay here again.
This park has the potential to be a real gem. Unfortunately, it falls way short. Granted, we were there at the end of a long cold winter, but the unpaved roads were so steep and riddled with HUGE potholes they were almost impassable in some areas. The sites are settled in between the many tall trees and the many boulders, leaving little room for slide outs or parking. Lots of permanent park residents in aging units of all kinds, many with built on "rooms". Booked this one off the internet...won't do that again.
